Kiedy ktoś pyta, czym VR różni się od kina trójwymiarowego, odpowiadam, że poczuciem obecności. Mój stary PS VR z PS4 działa na PS5, potrzebny był tylko adapter do kamery. Sam grałem w VR na PlayStation i na komputerze, a na Xboxie zwyczajnie się nie da. Do gogli na telefon wracam po PS VR jedynie po to, żeby obejrzeć film w łóżku. Rytmiczne gry na goglach najszybciej pokazują, o co w VR w ogóle chodzi, więc od nich bym zaczynał. Najdroższe gogle dają śledzenie rąk i całego pomieszczenia oraz wyraźniejszy obraz, ale nie każdy z tego korzysta. Warto zajrzeć do zaleceń producenta co do wieku, nim da się gogle dziecku. Sparowanie gogli z aplikacją w telefonie poszło gładko, dłużej zeszło mi na ustawianiu przestrzeni do grania. Pewien gość sprawdził, jak się korzysta z okularów VR przez okrągły tydzień - opis całej przygody. Przymierz gogle u znajomego albo w sklepie, bo komfort na głowie mówi więcej niż jakikolwiek ranking.

Przed zakupem dobrze wiedzieć, czy gogle działają same, czy potrzebują komputera, konsoli albo telefonu. O miejscu na machanie rękami nikt mnie nie uprzedził, gdy brałem gogle do PS5. Zamiast szukać gogli VR do Xboxa, sensowniej pomyśleć o samodzielnych goglach i graniu w chmurze. Własne gogle z kartonu skleiłem według schematu znalezionego w internecie i do pierwszych filmów w zupełności wystarczyły. Rytmiczne gry na goglach najszybciej pokazują, o co w VR w ogóle chodzi, więc od nich bym zaczynał. Czytając zestawienia, patrzę na to, co dostaję za daną cenę, a nie na samą kwotę. Mdłościami na początku nie straszyłbym nikogo, ale też bym ich nie lekceważył, po prostu trzeba dać sobie czas. Na PlayStation samouczek wytłumaczył mi sterowanie i ustawianie pola gry lepiej niż papierowa instrukcja. Even on a quick first read the substance of the post comes through, and a look at figfountain reinforced that immediate quality, content that does not require a slow careful read to demonstrate value but rewards one anyway is content with real depth and this site has produced work of that demanding depth class.

Felt this in a way I cannot quite explain, the topic just hit different here, and a stop at thymethrift continued in that vein, sometimes you find a site whose perspective lines up with how you have been thinking and reading their work feels like a small relief which I appreciated more than I expected.
