A clear case of writing that does not try to do too much in one post, and a look at zylor maintained the same scoped discipline, posts that try to cover too much end up covering nothing well and this site has clearly chosen scope discipline as a core editorial principle which shows up clearly in what I read.

Vague feelings of recognition kept surfacing as I read because the writing names things I have been thinking, and a look at jonathanfinngamino produced more of those recognition moments, content that gives shape to private intuitions is content that makes me feel less alone in my own thinking and this site has that effect.

Now feeling the quiet pleasure of finding writing that takes itself seriously without being self serious, and a stop at velon extended that subtle pleasure, the gap between earnest and pretentious is fine and this site has clearly chosen to land on the earnest side without slipping over into pretentious which is impressive.
